PembahasanBanyak orang yang sudah mengenal hurf aksara Jawa ini dengan sebutan huruf hanacaraka. Aksara Jawa itu sendiri yaitu merupakan sebuah aksara turunan dari aksara Brahmani yang berasal dari bangsa India. Aksara jawa ini sudah ada dari jaman dulu jaman kerajaan Hindu-Budha dengan ada sedikit penyesuaian dari bahasa sanskerta bahasa asli nusantara.
Waktu dari penetapan aksara ini sebagai aksara Jawa yaitu bermula yaitu ketika abad yang ke-17 di kerajaan Mataram islam mulai banyak digunakan bahasa dan tulisan dari aksara jawa ini.
Karena alasan itu maka dari pihak kerajaan juga telah menetapkan aksara ini sebagai tulisan yang sah dari kerajaan. Kemudian setelah hampir 2 abad lamanya pemakaian dari huruf aksara jawa ini semakin menjadi meluas sampai dengan pada abad yang ke-19. Oleh karena itu dimulailah dilakukan pembukuan dan pencetakan dari aksara Jawa ini.
