Present Perfect Tense adalah tense yang digunakan untuk menyatakan suatu aksi sudah dimulai sejak masa lampau dalam waktu yang tidak spesifik, tapi aksi tersebut sudah selesai dilakukan di masa lampau pada waktu tertentu, tapi hasilnya masih dirasakan di masa sekarang; ataupun aksi tersebut belum selesai dilakukan, bahkan masih dilakukan hingga masa sekarang.

C. FUTURE PERFECT TENSE
Future Perfect Tense adalah tense yang menyatakan sebuah aksi akan diselesaikan di masa yang akan datang. Seseorang yang mengatakan sebuah kalimat dalam bentuk Future Perfect Tense memposisikan dirinya di masa sekarang, dan melihat sebuah aksi diselesaikan di masa yang akan datang.
Keterangan waktu yang biasanya digunakan dalam Future Present Tense, antara lain :
- until
- before/by the end of the day
- by the end of the week/month
- by next week/month/year
- by ...
- in a week/day/month/year
- after/before
Future Perfect Tense menggunakan simple future will have + past participle (V3) dalam kalimatnya. Baik Singular Subject maupun Plural Subject menggunakan bentuk yang sama :
